Turbo flooding is not supported on Token Ring interfaces. Turbo flooding is a Cisco feature that speeds up flooding of User Datagram Protocol (UDP) datagrams using the spanning-tree algorithm. To enable turbo flooding, you should issue the following commands:
ip forward-protocol turbo-flood ip forward-protocol spanning-tree

Turbo flooding is supported on the following interface types:
- Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA) encapsulated Ethernet
- Fiber Distributed Data Interface (FDDI)
- HighLevel Data Link Control (HDLC) encapsulated Serial
